We are looking for a highly self-motivated person that has the ability to multitask and stay focused at all times.
Previous Framing/Siding construction experience is a plus.
Scheduling of all subcontractors, delivery dates for materials and crane services needed.
Supervise the work of laborers and subcontractors at several home sites.
Inspect subcontractors work for specific quality standards.
Ensure that all building codes and Centerline Builders standards are met. Resolve quality issues as they arise.
Communicate safety standards to laborers and subcontractors; Enforces safety regulations on all job sites.
Interact daily with various parts of the company, subcontractors and city inspectors.

Knowledge of home building and construction systems/processes and building codes.
Must be able to read blueprints to maintain quality control and inspect all aspects of framing and siding..
Knowledge and use of wide range of hand and power tolls.
Ability to explain complex issues to others in a manner easily understood by laborers and subcontractors.
Excellent problem/conflict resolution skills, ability to handle and diffuse difficult situations.
A high degree of professionalism, tact and ability to influence others.
Ability to prioritize projects, work against deadlines and organize work-flow with multiple interruptions.
Sound judgment and ability to make decisions. Work and act independently and seek assistance or consult with more senior foreman when necessary.
Ability to operate a company vehicle and have valid state driver’s license.
High school diploma or equivalent. Course work or degree in construction management preferred.
